During urbanization the people were greatly effected. life changed drastically for women , farmers,children,African-Americas, and immigrants of all ethnicity. Most worked long hard hours for cheap pay and were discriminate against.These regular people got the short end of the sick, they didn't get the privileged that the new urban society promised.Yet they worked hard in trying to achieving the american dream.
